WARRANTY INFORMATION
We’re disappointed (bummed out) if you’re not completely satisfied with your Grip Dat® purchase. We take a lot pride in the quality of our products and service! If you are experiencing a problem with a Grip Dat product purchased from GripDat.com, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the Grip Dat warranty.

 

WARRANTY
Grip Dat warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Grip Dat will repair the defective hardware product or component, free of charge. Associated shipping fees, however, are non-refundable. The original purchaser is entitled to this warranty only if the date of purchase is registered at the point of sale or the consumer can demonstrate, to Grip Dat’s satisfaction, that the product was purchased within the last 30 days.

This warranty shall not apply if this product; (a) modified or tampered with; (b) is damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

Any applicable implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited in duration to the warranty period described above (30 days). Grip Dat will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the breach of any implied or express warranties.

 

WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Grip Dat will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty above. Grip Dat is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.

 

BEFORE sending anything to Grip Dat, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking on the “Contact Us” link. We are often able to solve the problem quickly via email.

If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Prepare a package to return to Grip Dat. Please include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem.

Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:

Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers at their expense. It is vital that you communicate with Grip Dat’s Customer Support Team before sending in your return. Please contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link.

SERVICE AFTER EXPIRATION OF WARRANTY
If you would still like service for your Grip Dat product after the expiration of the warranty period, Grip Dat would be glad to help. We want you to enjoy your Grip Dat products, so your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact Grip Dat Customer Support for troubleshooting information and/or information on how Grip Dat can assist you with the service of your product after expiration of the warranty. In some instances, it may be necessary for you to ship the complete product, freight prepaid and insured for loss or damage to Grip Dat. Please do not send any products to Grip Dat without contacting us first.
